doTERRA BOGOs: Petal Diffuser & FREE Wild Orange & Cassia

Hey y’all, so doTERRA saved the best BOGO for last. This one sells out quickly, so be sure to order yours soon! Today only when you purchase a doTERRA Petal diffuser, you will receive Wild Orange and Cassia for free.

Petal Diffuser: This is a small diffuser that covers up to 330 square feet. You can choose to run it 1, 2, or 4 hours, and it offers an option light. It’s great to use in your home or office. I’ve had my Petal diffuser for almost 4 years and it’s still running great!

Cassia: This is an essential oil that supports your digestive system and your immune system. It has a warm and spicy smell very similar to cinnamon. It can be used topically, aromatically, or internally, but keep in mind you should dilute this oil, as it is a hot oil. You can also use this oil to support a healthy metabolism. Try diluting it with Wild Orange to get your home smelling like Christmas.

Wild Orange: This essential oil is one of doTERRA’s best sellers, for good reason. The aroma of this oil is very uplifting, and when combined with Peppermint can keep you motivated and focused. You can use it internally as a gentle cleanse or for digestive support. You can also use this oil topically (but avoid direct sunlight, as it is photosensitive) for a calming and cheerful mood.

Order while you can at mydoterra.com/amandagerber because these will sell out!

doTERRA BOGO: Lavender & Peppermint

Happy Thanksgiving friends! I am so thankful for the amazing gift of doTERRA essential oils, and for my family… and we have a lot of family at my house right now so I’ll keep this short. Today only if you purchase a bottle of doTERRA Lavender essential oil you will get a free bottle of Peppermint essential oil.

Y’all, these are essentials in any homes. We literally use these two essential oils every single day. They are staples around here. Here is a brief overview.

Lavender: This essential oil is good for all things soothing. You need to soothe you skin? Apply Lavender straight on your area of concern. You need to soothe your emotions? Apply Lavender on your pulse points or diffuse it with some frankincense. Need better sleep? Diffuse Lavender and Cedarwood for a restful nights sleep. We use this oil for everything from bug bites and diaper rash to moody kids and sleepless nights.

Peppermint: This essential oil can be used for so many things. For digestive support I like to drink 1 drop in a hot cup of water and make my own peppermint tea with it. For respiratory support we apply this with some eucalyptus to our chest to open up our airways and clear congestion. In the mornings I pair Peppermint and Wild Orange to wake me up and uplift any grumpy morning moods.

doTERRA BOGO: Peace & Motivate

Hey friends! I woke up at 5:30 this morning just so I could see the BOGO deals and spread the word before my kids woke up. Well, turns out Noah was already up and talking to himself, but he knows not to get out of bed yet. Anyway, moving on…

Today only if you purchase a doTERRA Peace Touch, you will get a doTERRA Motivate Touch for free! Now their Touch line is amazing. doTERRA’s Touch line is the same essential oil you love, diluted with Fractionated Coconut Oil in a rollerbottle. So it’s great to use for younger kids or for those who may be sensitive to some essential oils.

Peace Touch (Reassuring Blend): This blend consists of Fractionated Coconut Oil, Vetiver, Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Frankincense, Clary Sage, Marjoram, Labdanum Leaf, and Spearmint. I love this oil. I like to use it as a natural perfume because it has an amazing floral woodsy smell to it that is calming and subtle. It provides just what it claims to: peace and reassurance. If you deal with anxious or fearful emotions, just roll this over your pulse points. If the demands of your work day start to overwhelm you, roll this on your wrists and breathe deeply. If your kids seem to be bouncing off the walls at bedtime, roll this on their cute little feet and diffuse it in their bedroom. This is an oil I use often, and it’s one that I like to have in my purse or diaper bag when I’m out of the house.

Motivate Touch (Encouraging Blend): This blend consists of Fractionated Coconut Oil, Peppermint, Clementine, Coriander, Basil, Yuzu, Melissa, Rosemary, and Vanilla Bean Absolute. Y’all if you can’t tell by this lineup, this blend smells amazing. It has a citrusy mint aroma that’s intoxicating. I love using this in the morning to help wake  up and get moving. It can also help promote feelings of confidence and belief, while eliminating feelings of doubt and pessimistic. I like to roll some on before I teach a doTERRA class or step on stage when I’m networking. You’ve got to try it!

Spearmint is a great oil to have in your arsenal. You can use Spearmint topically (dilute when needed), internally, and aromatically as well. It was be used aromatically in your diffuser to uplift the mood in the air. It pairs lovely with Tangerine oil, and other citrus oils. Spearmint is also helpful at assisting you at releasing negative emotions and beliefs. You can use spearmint topically to support a healthy digestive system. You can use spearmint in your cooking as well, whether it’s just adding flavor to your water by adding a drop to your glass or using it in sauces and salads.

Peppermint is an essential oil I never run out of in our home. We use it daily. My kids don’t respond well to seasonal changes, and when the watery eyes, coughing, and runny noses start I blend Peppermint with Lemon and Lavender and apply it daily. My husband takes that exact combination in a pill form every day, especially when he is spending lots of time outdoors. If you need a pick me up in the morning, diffusing Peppermint and Wild Orange helps to perk you up. That combination was a life saver for me when I was pregnant and not drinking caffeine. It really helped to wake me up in the morning! You can also use Peppermint to help with digestive issues by rubbing some on your stomach, or taking a drop of two internally. The uses for Peppermint are endless!
